Welcome to Genesis NX Pte Ltd (“Genesis NX,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, including but not limited to the GNX AI-FIT application, robotics exoskeletal suits, wellness retreat programs, and related services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

By accessing this application, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use GNX Fitness and services if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. GNX AI-FIT Application Terms

2.1 Purpose of the App

The GNX AI-FIT application offers posture tracking and exercise guidance via AI technology. It aims to assist users in posture correction and fitness enhancement but does not replace professional advice, including but not limited to medical, nutritional, or fitness consultations.

2.2 User Responsibility

· Exercise and Nutrition Disclaimer: Users acknowledge that all workouts, exercise routines, and nutrition guidance are followed at their own risk. Genesis NX assumes no liability for injuries, adverse health outcomes, or nutritional decisions, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or injury from incorrect posture during exercises.

· User Discretion: Users are responsible for their personal health and fitness choices, including whether to follow or disregard the app’s guidance, workouts, and suggestions, including but not limited to recommended stretches, exercises, or dietary plans.

2.3 Consent for Future Features

By using GNX AI-FIT, users agree to allow Genesis NX to collect, process, and utilize their data for the development of future features, including but not limited to:

· Advanced AI-Driven Personalization: Tailoring workouts and posture guidance using enhanced AI analysis.

· AI Chatbots: Offering interactive fitness coaching and support.

· Product Marketplace: Personalized product recommendations based on user preferences.

· Dietary and Nutritional Guidance: Custom nutrition suggestions based on user inputs.

· Event Notifications and Social Feeds: Updates on Genesis NX events and wellness activities through in-app feeds, including but not limited to community challenges and workshops.

· Exercise Updates: Notifications about new exercises, posture corrections, fitness plans, and performance improvements.

· Gamification Features: Offering challenges, badges, and rewards to motivate users, including but not limited to progress milestones, achievement tracking, and interactive leaderboards.

· Social Media Integrations: Allowing users to connect their accounts with social media platforms to share achievements, progress, and interact with a broader fitness community, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms.

By using these future services, users agree to the continued use of their data for service enhancements, analytics, and personalized recommendations.

Genesis NX is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the use of its services, including but not limited to the GNX AI-FIT app, workout routines, posture correction guidance, or nutritional advice. Users accept full responsibility for any risks associated with their health and fitness decisions, including but not limited to physical injury, strain, or adverse health effects from following the app's guidance.

7.2 Third-Party Services

Genesis NX is not liable for any issues arising from third-party services or integrations, including but not limited to social media platforms, health services, product purchases, or external fitness equipment.

7.3 No Warranty

Services are provided “as-is,” without warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability. Genesis NX makes no guarantees regarding the effectiveness of posture correction, fitness results, or any other aspect of the services provided, including but not limited to fitness progress, injury prevention, or long-term results.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Genesis NX reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app, email, or other appropriate channels. Users are advised to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
