Terms and Conditions for GNX Fit App & Services

1. Introduction

Welcome to Genesis NX Pte Ltd (“Genesis NX,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services — including but not limited to the GNX AI-FIT application, robotics exoskeletal suits, wellness programs, and related services — you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

By continuing to access or use our application and services, you acknowledge and accept the full terms and conditions stated herein.

2. GNX AI-FIT Application Terms

2.1 Purpose of the App

The GNX AI-FIT application provides AI-assisted posture tracking, exercise guidance, and fitness enhancement tools. It aims to assist users in posture correction and fitness enhancement but does not replace professional advice, including but not limited to medical, nutritional, or fitness consultations.

2.2 User Responsibility

2.3 Payment Processing

• All payments for GNX AI-FIT subscriptions or features are processed via in-app purchase systems (such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and RevenueCat.

• Genesis NX does not collect, process, or store any credit card numbers, bank account details, or other financial information.

• All payment information is handled securely by the respective platform or payment gateway provider in compliance with their own privacy and security policies.

• Users are encouraged to review the relevant app store or payment provider’s privacy policy before making any purchases.

2.4 Consent for Future Features

By using GNX AI-FIT, you acknowledge that future optional features may require the collection and processing of additional data, including but not limited to:

• AI-driven personalization of workouts and posture guidance.

• Interactive AI chatbots.

• Product recommendations and marketplaces.

• Nutrition guidance.

• Event updates, community challenges, and gamified achievements.

• Social media sharing features.

You will be explicitly notified and must provide consent before any feature involving the collection or storage of photos, videos, or personal recordings becomes available.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 Current Data Collection Practices

At present:

• The GNX AI-FIT app does not record, store, or upload photos or videos of users.

• The app does not integrate with social media platforms.

• Any recordings taken during workouts are entirely under the user’s control via their device’s own recording features — not through the app itself.

3.2 Future Data Collection

If, in the future, Genesis NX enables features that involve the recording, storage, or processing of user images, videos, or audio:

• Users will be notified in advance through clear in-app communication.

• Users will have the option to accept or decline such features.

• No such data will be collected or processed without the user’s explicit consent.

3.3 Types of Data We May Collect (Current Scope)

Currently, we may collect:

• Personal Information: Name, email, contact details, age, gender, fitness level, location, and details requested in the profile section to provide automated recommendations for exercises and nutrition modules.

• Interaction Data: App usage patterns, workout choices, exercise and meal logs, device information, and user feedback.

3.4 Payment & Financial Data

• Genesis NX does not collect or store any payment card details, banking information, or personal financial data.

• All transactions are processed securely through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or RevenueCat, each governed by their respective terms, privacy policies, and payment security protocols.

3.5 Purpose of Data Usage

Collected data is used to:

• Provide personalized workout and posture guidance.

• Provide nutrition-related recommendations and guidance for calories.

• Improve AI performance and app functionality.

• Develop new features.

• Send updates and notifications (users can manage preferences at any time).

3.6 Data Sharing

While data is not sold to third parties, we may share limited data with:

• Service Providers: For hosting, analytics, and security.

• Affiliates and Partners: To improve services, including the product marketplace and fitness solutions.

4. Event Participation and Feedback

Participation in Genesis NX events, including but not limited to fitness challenges, webinars, and workshops, may involve the collection of user feedback and interaction data. This data is used to improve services, enhance user experience, and develop future features. Users consent to the collection and use of this data for these purposes, including but not limited to event performance, user interaction, and feedback analysis.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 No Liability for Injuries

Genesis NX is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the use of its services, including but not limited to the GNX AI-FIT app, workout routines, posture correction guidance, or nutritional advice. Users accept full responsibility for any risks associated with their health and fitness decisions, including but not limited to physical injury, strain, or adverse health effects from following the app's guidance.

5.2 Third-Party Services

Genesis NX is not liable for any issues arising from third-party services or integrations, including but not limited to social media platforms, health services, product purchases, or external fitness equipment.

5.3 No Warranty

Services are provided “as-is,” without warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability. Genesis NX makes no guarantees regarding the effectiveness of posture correction, fitness results, or any other aspect of the services provided, including but not limited to fitness progress, injury prevention, or long-term results.

6. Changes to Terms and Privacy Policy

Genesis NX reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app, email, or other appropriate channels. Users are advised to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
